These original leaf earrings were made by hand hammering the texture of two real leaves into 24 gauge copper sheet. They were then sawn out by hand and carefully formed into a natural shape. Hand forged brass paddles, a copper bead, and a square, silver plated bead finish the design.
I love these! I will probably be making more, but each set will be a little different since I use real leaves.
They have been carefully hand finished, a patina applied, and then sealed with renaissance wax.The ear wires are 20 gauge copper, but if you prefer you can ask me to replace them with silver.
These earrings measure 3" long by 1/2" wide including the ear wire. The leaves are 2 1/2" long by themselves.
